• Arrival & Departure

  • What time is check in?

    Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Should you arrive earlier than this, we may of course store your luggage for you until your room is ready.

  • What time is check out?

    Check out is anytime before 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

  • Is there parking available at the SUYTES Business Studios?

    On-site parking is available in our underground garage for an additional fee of € 8,00 per vehicle and night. Please note, that reservations for parking lots are not possible.

• Payment

  • What forms of payment are accepted at the SUYTES Business Studios?

    Payments can be made in cash or by using VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, JCB or EC card.

  • Will my credit card be charged prior to my arrival?

    We will block the full booking amount of your stay on your credit card.

• Breakfast

  • What time is breakfast served?

    Our continental breakfast including a delicious choice of coffee, tea, croissants, bread rolls, toast, butter, jam and cereals is served in our OPEN KITCHEN from 7:30 – 9:30 a.m. on weekdays and from 8:00 – 11:00 a.m. at weekends.

• Cleaning & Service

  • Is weekly cleaning service included in the room rate?

    For our long-term guests weekly cleaning and fresh bedding are included in the room rate. We charge € 20,00 for additional cleaning per week, two extra cleaning services cost € 30,00.

  • Are there self-service laundry facilities available at the SUYTES Business Studios?

    Two washing machines, driers, iron and ironing board are at your disposal in our LOUNDRY LOUNGE. If you wish, your laundry can also be done by an external laundry service.

  • How much do you charge for WiFi?

    We offer free WiFi throughout the SUYTES Business Studios – in our public areas, STUDIOS and SUYTES.

• Front Office

  • What are the FRONT OFFICE hours?

    The FRONT OFFICE is staffed from 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. on weekdays and from 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. at weekends.

  • Can I check in outside the FRONT OFFICE hours?

    For arrivals outside the FRONT OFFICE hours please inform our FRONT OFFICE team. You will receive a code for the key box where your key card will be stored in.

• Suytes & Studios

  • Do you offer hypoallergenic bedding?

    All our SUYTES and STUDIOS feature hypoallergenic bedding.

  • Do you have non-smoking STUDIOS/SUYTES?

    Smoking is prohibited in all our STUDIOS, SUYTES and public areas.

  • Do you allow dogs at the SUYTES Business Studios?

    Upon request you may bring your dog with you. Please note, that a cleaning fee of € 25,00 per dog and night will apply. We thank you for your understanding.

  • Can I add a rollaway bed to my room?

    Rollaway beds are available for an additional fee of € 35,00 per person and night.

  • Are the STUDIOS and SUYTES air-conditioned?

    Our STUDIOS and SUYTES are partly equipped with individually controllable air conditioning.

  • Do some of the SUYTES or STUDIOS feature a bathtub?

    All our STUDIOS and SUYTES offer en-suite bathrooms with walk-in rain showers.

  • Do you allow cooking inside the STUDIOS/SUYTES?

    Our STUDIOS and SUYTES come with a fully equipped kitchenette in which cooking is allowed.
